You only need Stripe if you plan to collect registration fees. If your event is free, you can use all other EventPlain features without a Stripe account.

Each registered attendee gets a unique QR code — either emailed to them or printed on their name badge. Your staff can scan these codes using any smartphone camera to instantly check in attendees, track session attendance, or capture leads at exhibition booths.

Yes! You can import attendee data from an Excel (.xlsx) file. This is useful if you already have registrations from another system and want to bring them into EventPlain for badge printing, emails, and check-in.

EventPlain is great for conferences, conventions, church events, ministry gatherings, corporate seminars, workshops, fundraisers, and any event where you need to manage registrations, payments, and on-site check-ins.

Absolutely. All data is stored securely and payments are processed entirely through Stripe — we never store raw credit card information. We take privacy and data security seriously.
